Both cards come with a reading speed of 1785MB/s, but as content creators, we always want a sustainable high writing speed. Angelbird has pushed the performance of the cards to the next level for recording video up to a resolution of 8K. The new 1TB card has a sustained writing speed of 1300 MB/s and a maximum writing speed of 1550 MB/s. That is a big increase compared to the older version of the card with a sustained wiring speed of 800 MB/s and a maximum of 850MB/s. This means you could use this card for taking 12K+ RAW photo shootings as well.
